👋 Hey <!everyone>, I have made some changes with regards to posting on the #work-opportunities channel. 🔹 We now have a bot look into the #work-opportunities channel and if any post comes from outside (like not from Airtable or our other “authorized” posters), it pings the author with the link to the Airtable form and deletes the post(OP).  🔹 The OP text is shared in DM so that it is not lost before deleting it from the channel. 🔹 The form response will be automatically posted on the channel once reviewed. 🔹 And you will be able to reply in threads if let’s say, you have any follow-up questions. Why am I making these changes 🤔 🎀 Make sure that all postings follow a structured format (and have enough details). The goal is not to block folks from sharing opportunities but to encourage sharing in a particular format. 😇 Introduce some friction into work-opportunities channel. Would like to focus more on quality rather than quantity. 🔍 Have a system to track these listings and find out if folks are getting hired. 🌐 Share these listings on a public website and on Twitter for more visibility (WIP - 🚧). Let’s see how this experiment pans out.
