sign-up for the session on
Mindfulness meditation (planned on
26th Mar, Sat, 4 PM IST). We will
introduce it, share its manifold benefits, answer any questions, and have a short formal practice as well.
The goal will be to help you get started on this and
do it regularly, which is when the
benefits compound. Please can you also respond with:
0 - if you have never meditated
1 - if you have meditated a few times
2 - if you meditate often (a few days a week)
3 - if you meditate daily/regularly
