In some guilds, you will already see Season 1 goals listed.

Community Guild - Keep the vibe of the community right. Refine onboarding, create a wiki

Biz Dev - Make the RI project financially sustainable. Get sponsors. Build partnerships. 

Writing - Write guides, publish interviews.

Design - Create logo, brand. Create stickers, merchandise.

Development Guild - Build internal tools that can help support the community. Improve the website.

Marketing - Spread the word about the RI project by sharing knowledge.
