@acceptable-flag-71699 absolutely wrong, think of Upwork as an Iceberg, what you see from outside is short term contractual, but what really happens for the premium and Enterprise markets is all long term. Read about the hidden economy of upwork and invites systems, don't see the Shit numbers from Your job feeds. All enterprises that are customers of Upwork have outsourced 10-30% of their work to remote folks. Upwork has ~500+ Freelancers /Remote folks on payroll including me, which is 30-50% of their workforce Most of the big work for Enterprises are happening for Years, I have 3 clients that I've had for years! Upwork has been a client for 6 months, there is nothing short term about any of the above numbers. 🙂
