It looks like the Toptal/Codementor of India. I don’t know much except the fact that their marketing people are very tenacious. Also I suspect that most of the clients they have are Indians which I tend to avoid.

Can you elaborate on the tenacious bit ?

It feels they have some sort of goals or bonuses for pulling the “experts” to their platform so they usually try different ways to do this (calls, linkedin, email). But I created an account on their platform as well so can’t really blame them completely.
