With due respect, I don’t agree with this comment. I’ve to explain a bit to tell you more. Data is the new OIL. E-comm is very crucial to trade industry and imports. Infact country’s economy depends on trade. So E-comm companies generate huge amount of data by which they know buying patterns, needs of a country at various seasons. It has long term implications. So govt’s should play a regulatory role in all these. Calling this havoc on startups, for industry is not right. It is a draft and yet to be discussed, debated. Importantly, I already know what popular companies is doing with this data. Small wholesale traders are having problems.
