I only use twitter and insta. Twitter for following top people and learning, Insta for spying on people living better lives and getting jealous 😛 .

I’ve stopped insta for the exact same reason, can’t stop feeling jealous 😂

I won’t say insta is all bad. It also gives a glimpse of what is possible, attaining which your life will be more fun/more free/more happy etc. But yes it can screw you up too. Hard thing to balance.
