10/02/2019, 3:49 AMI read a tweet recently which said the guy called up the ClearTrip customer care to get a full refund. Their website still shows a partial refund. For context, his ticket was 11K - on website, cleartrip was refunding only 3K. He called them up and got the entire 11K refunded.
