@crooked-daybreak-310 Anyone can do that, but it requires experience to get good finishing. However, no fear of messing up, there are ways to get it done if anything goes wrong. I found out some really hardworking talented but non-techies and set up a team of natural polishers in my place and gave training.
@crooked-daybreak-310 You need to buff the wood with sand paper of #220 to make the wood smoother. Prepare the wood for polishing by cleaning away the wood dust. 1) Staining Next, take 1tbsp of cocoa powder, 1tbsp of Instant Coffee powder and mix them. Add 3/4 cup of boiled water and dip a tea bag. Stirr the solution thoroughly and paint one coat to the wood. After it dries, paint another coat, maybe after 15-20 minutes. 3 coats are recommended but 2 coats would suffice for certain wood. This step is called staining Notes.1: The pleasant aroma on the wood is provided from the tea bag. Notes.2: If you need darker color, add some charcoal to the solution. 2) Sealing Next step is to seal the paint. We need bee wax and coconut oil in 4:1 ratio. Heat and melt bee wax in a double boiler or slow boiler as its highly inflammable. Boil until it turns liquid solution and add coconut oil. Apply the wax to the wood to seal the paint. A teaspoon of wax is enough to seal 70% of 4x2 feet table top. So you have to rub it thoroughly to reach every part of the wood. This is the hardest part but its worth. . Remember to remove the excess wax using some tools. I used a knife like thing having a wider surface that is actually used to remove excess cement/putty from the wall. Notes.1: You can crunch a lemon to the wax/oil solution to get its aroma ๐Ÿ˜. Notes.2: You may use a hair dryer as an alternative for rubbing. Notes.3: Excess wax may increase the time for drying.

Thanks @creamy-dawn-73235 for sharing this. Few questions - 1. Is this method applicable to wood from specific types of trees or general furniture trees? 2. โ€œand dip a tea bagโ€ regular black tea leaves, I believe ? 3. โ€œSo you have to rub it thoroughly to reach every part of the woodโ€, what did you use for rubbing ? Brush, cloth or anything else ? Thanks again ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ

@crooked-daybreak-310 1. Its applicable for hard wood, those woods that are used for making furniture's
2. No, you need to dip a tea bag. The tea shouldn't directly mix to the solution, so tea bag will be ideal.
3. Rub using a cloth. Checkout this video.
