So It’s almost a week of doing these calls. It’s working out great so far! Even though we know folks from the community, a short 1 to 1 with a member allows to learn a lot more about each person and their professional journey. I’m already planning the second one with most of the folks I talked with 🙂 Having a short water-cooler’esq chat works as a great break from otherwise monotonous remote work day. Learning from the last week, I’m adjusting the meeting times a bit in my calendar, but feel free to schedule one using the same link 🤟
