Damn, didn't know Balsamiq has such a strong remote culture! Like their personal wiki pages idea. We tried Facebook Workplace a while back - but our team size is so small that maintaining it didn't seem to be worth it.

I ♥️ all of these. I started a kind-of 8. Friday FunTimes at Flatiron School with some of my non-UK based colleagues. We'd organise a regular coffee + chat meetup, 4 or 5 of us. Just get some coffee, talk nonsense, compare weather etc

These are very huge factors I see at my company that makes us click. Thank you for sharing. I do 1:1s regularly with my team and always start with a personal note before diving into work. I've learnt so much about the people I work with by building that personal connection.
