i see quite a few people here write blogs. How do people share content on different social sites after writing a blog? I mean apart from manually posting.

Nothing more I guess. I just manually post on twitter. You could use IFTTT and cross post on other platforms I guess

how do they exactly work? i have looked up [socioboard](https://github.com/socioboard/Socioboard-4.0) and [zoho](https://www.zoho.com/) where you can schedule your post to all social media sites. In my case, I was looking to maybe check RSS feed and post the updated content at a scheduled time. I think writing a blog etc in itself is time-consuming and I don't have the energy to post the link on social sites. In case, there isn't one I am willing to create a script that checks the latest stuff and posts the link to the social sites and schedule this via cron job. I just wanted to check if they are better methods before unnecessarily reinventing the wheel.
