@loud-glass-33663 do you know if "obtained and lawfully used three visas within the previous two years" refers to Schengen visa or other visas, might be valid too?

@purple-animal-84963 - no I believe it refers to only Schengen visas. Because Schengen visas are generally granted day-to-day of your trip, it is quite possible to use 3 visas within past 2 years.

thanks. I was wondering the same. I think its geared more towards frequent travellers, unlike the US where almost everyone gets the 10 year B1/B2 visa
