There's a major gap in time zones among US employers are Indian remotees. What do you think, would remotees in India will agree to bridge this gap by working at clients timezones?

I’m a full time employee, and I follow my own timezone in India. We are a distributed team, but everyone except me work from north/south america. The only challenge for me so far has been the async nature of communication, where I can only expect replies late in the night. As a result, I’ve had to rewire my brain for this communication model

I have been working like this since more than 1 year (before this was UK client). I work in the day but I am available to take calls in the night. My team members are considerate enough to schedule those calls early in the day so that I can be done with calls till 10pm IST.
