Any Jitsi users here? After latest bans issued over Zoom by school districts in the US and a countrywide ban on Zoom usage for schools and government agencies in Taiwan, I'm volunteering to help groups and schools to setup free and open source software that supports E2EE for video conferencing. Would like to know any challenges with Jitsi and also know cost comparison for a self hosted Jitsi server vs a Zoom package.

Hey That is a great initiative by you. I have previously contributed to some repositories of Jitsi. Don't have much idea about the cost and stuff though. You should check out https://community.jitsi.org.
