Hi Abhik, I had it on the RI reading list but never wound up buying it because of the price. Did you happen to read it?

Abhishek, i checked it out a bit, but felt it wasn't worth much. There is a lot to be said about hourly billing vis-a-vis other kinds but this book isn't that. For someone interested i'd much rather recommend https://daedtech.com/ and his book

although he doesn't go a lot into the details wrt different kinds of billing.

Jonathan Stark did a few videos with The Futur (YouTube) and has his own channel – those are insightful as well – an alternative to the book.
