As a followup to the previous question, what are some of the changes you've made to your development workflow this year? Can be because of any reason (pandemic, remote working, new tool, company policies, etc.)

Kind of answered this in the last question with my go-to stack. But other changes I am working on making at least till the end of 2021 is building things with a financial plan in place first. It doesn’t have to be anything fancy but a simple monetization strategy is a must before I build something. I want to give this approach a shot and see how that goes.
