Do you guys set any time window for office working hours? (even if there is pending work). i feel i am spending too much time in the office work for the whole day.

In at 10 AM. Out at 6:30 PM. Rinse n repeat every mon - fri. Once in a while I might stay late (for pending work) or leave early (if I have other errands to run). But you have to remember that it's a marathon and not a sprint. Consistency with office timings is key to avoiding burnout. PS: I realize that not everyone has this luxury, but if office timings are within your control then definitely try to be consistent.

end your work at the same time daily, set that deadline or even better - plan a meetup or a run or something with other people post the end and voila, you will finish work on time for sure (tested and worked best for me)

Yes. Timeframe everything. Office hours, personal project work and even learning. Time outside is strict no work slice. Not even email notifications or slack.

I actually agree with @swift-pilot-25722 here, set a time and in the end look forward to ending it with meetup planned, a chore you want to do or just a meeting. My team works mostly in Europe. So all calls happen in the evening, making it the perfect time to end the day after the last meeting.
