Audiobooks! They are great because they will not require using eyes and your 👀 will get some rest.

And seriously, congrats! 10 day break is simply fabulous 🙂 All of us need to take such breaks from time to time.

Tech Sabbaths (turn ALL devices off for 6-10+ hours in a day) - Very very helpful for me, just coming back after a 4 day break in nature outside city, quite rejuvenating!

Nature helps deeply too these days for me, just get a staycation outside your city or a luxury hotel - they are all taking huge precautions

Try to grow some food, it is a good season to plant something. Coriander, Methi will even show results in 2-3 weeks. I take 3-4 week vacations and turn off email sync as my first step.

Does anybody have any non-tech audiobook suggestions, here? I have a similar 10 days off. @victorious-energy-56764

Dale Carnegie's "How to Win Friends and Influence People" - 5/6 hours of listening; and it's one of "most bang for the buck" books ever.

@average-spoon-18165 Hard Things about Hard Things by Ben Horowitz in case you're interested in building a company. Range by David Epstien to learn about Generalists in today's Era, an excellent read or listen I guess, Ray Dalios Principles, Yoval Harari - Sapiens and Homo Deus, Ikegai for a balanced life..

Go for a solo day hike! The ease of doing that will depend on where you're located. Bangalore has a bunch of options thankfully.

I recently took 10 days off and looking to take more to recharge myself. I have attended my team meetings still. Apart from books, hikes, netflix I did nothing like forced my self into simple and funny YT videos. Old movies. And sat in balcony for quite sometime. I enjoyed so much, now I want to do more of this. PS: Previously, my work never used to end. I used to work more than 16 hours. That is bad, but I loved doing it that way.
