It's really good.

If it doesn't get some people off social media, then I don't know what will.

There is one more documentary named lo and behold by Werner Herzog that's similar to this one You guys should watch that too

Wonderful. Loved it. The dramatisation scenes are sometimes a bit much but the wealth of interviews with people who made all the social networks and their regrets make it a must watch.

It's a good documentary, as @ancient-van-29120 said, the drama bit is the only thing I didn't like that much.

Everyone seems to be loving it. Conflicting opinions: https://twitter.com/nireyal/status/1307572550159884288?s=19

I think Nir Eyal is jealous his two books didn't do as much as that documentary. Or he's attracting attention to his work by shitting on somebody's else's success. (Edit) Seems he was interviewed for the documentary and none of the footage made it in the final cut. Now that's another reason to be miffed.

I found it to be interesting, at the same time, working in the data world, I know this from quite sometime. I believe the same is true most of you. It is going to struck a chord hard for people who don’t even think about it. More now than ever due to the increasing screen time in pandemic.

I did watch it last weekend (liked it). After pursuing my curiosity about Humane Tech, I found this good post that compiles ideas to take back control over our tech life 💯 https://www.humanetech.com/take-control
