@gray-lizard-20825 I have been using https://amzn.to/35nGrt2 since Oct 2016. Solid workhorse - does wifi and prints from your phones without drivers.
For the toner, I have been buying 3rd party compatible toners which work really well and are affordable.

Is there any difference in quality between using laser and inkjet printers? I was comparing them both and found the cost per page (black) for Laser to be 2 Rs. Per page while inkjet prints at 9 paise.

Yes. Laserjets are more expensive if you compare with ink tank printers. But inkjet (with cartridge) printers are notorious for being quite expensive.
If you decide to use a 3rd party toner, then laserjets will cost almost the same as an ink tank printer. I have run out of ink in my ink tank printer and the cost is actually around 30p I’d reckon for a colour print.
The major factor between ink tank and laser jets is that laserjets print very fast. Almost 30-40 ppm will be standard while inkjets would print like 2-3 ppm. (Pages per min). So if you are scanning and photocopying a lot of stuff, the inkjet will be super painful.
For example an original HP toner is about 4500 but the 3rd party is 450. Cheaper if you get it refilled. So the 2 Rs you are comparing the original toner.
So if you intend to do a lot of photocopying and looking to buy an ink tank printer, get one with auto document feeder.
Quality wise, I don’t see tremendous difference with text printing between them and happy to use either when I have only text to print.
