Tribe, can anyone tell me how do I move my WhatsApp data from Android google drive to iCloud so that I can use it on my iPhone ?

No way to do it except to use third-party desktop app like WonderShare, and I'm not sure if that app works offline or not.

You can’t do it, need an external app as Kushal pointed out.
