Does anyone know what are the average developer salaries in Prague? My friend is interviewing for a remote job and would like to quote a realistic salary during the interviews. We both Googled a bit and the numbers don't look impressive. But we aren't sure if these are realistic numbers.

A suggestion would be go thru the job openings of Dynatrace - check the roles which r similar to what ur friend has got - Dynatrace puts a salary range for each role because as per EU norms the employer needs to disclose the salary ...that should give u a start

Depending on seniority and role, i'd say the salaries would be between 2-4K euros per month. Eastern European salaries are much lower than that of France, Germany, UK, etc. They are only slightly higher than Indian salaries. But they get lots of social security benefits, free education, free healthcare, etc. So you could add that to your package in the negotiations.
