What are the procedures to be followed if we got the offer from US only / Worldwide company ? As in specifically asking for the details about being an independent contractor if required ?

@delightful-florist-55380 Any job that you take in a country that you are not a resident of, you are a contractor. So, if you are a resident of India - you will be a contractor in US, UK, Spain, etc. You can also be a contractor in India if you so choose - but you’ll definitely be a contractor anywhere else. Procedures to be followed = whatever is mentioned in your contract with the company. It depends and differs from company to company — so there is no one size fits all answer here. If you have an offer letter in hand, you could share what aspects you need help with.
