Ok but generally I am seeing the trend that American companies are hiring in America only , how to approach them then ?

I mean there's nothing you can do - possible email them and ask. They probably have some seasons why dont want to hire outside of US

Reaching out to people in leadership roles of the company via Twitter/Linkedin might work. But yeah will depend on the company and people there too.

There are lots of companies out there. You need to move on. If they have made it clear that they are hiring only US citizens, chances of you trying to convince them otherwise are slim. Your time and energy is better served applying to those companies that are hiring worldwide.

Also there is a reason for mentioning this condition. They are ill adviced. Or it hasn't worked for them in past and they don't want to take the risk again. So chances are very slim of you convincing them. Better look for other options than wasting your efforts there.
