I bought some items from a store and they did not deliver all the items. How can I go about filing a complaint against them? (I have video proof of unboxing)

Hey folks! I rarely call out businesses publicly but please be wary of buying anything from CapesIndia They messed up the first order and tried to blame it on me. What's funny is that their replacement policy states that the buyer needs to pay a 150Rs. restocking fee if there's an issue with an order. Luckily, I always take photos of packages before unboxing so they agreed to provide a free replacement. I placed a second order for another item and they messed it up too. Not only did they not send a replacement for the first order, they sent an item with completely incorrect dimensions. I've lost close to ~1700 Rs. and they are unwilling to refund my money despite me having chat screenshots and call records as proof that they messed up everything. Extremely incompetent people running the show and say bye-bye to your money if you ever purchase from them.
