Recently got a fancy macbook pro 16 inch 64GB ram. Working with a Mac professionally for the first time. Can you suggest what accessories you use with macbook that makes your life easier? Don't really have budget constraints unless you suggest getting a 4L Apple screen lol. Going to use it for professional work mainly.

Having an iPhone as your main phone while using Mac as your main workstation definitely makes life so much easier. Handoff, continuity, universal clip board make things seamless. Other than that airpods. What Divyanshu said is the most important though: Apple care Plus!!

Yes, apple store. You select the MacBook pro and can then upgrade the configurations

holy smokes! 64gigs that’s a lot of RAM. Why do you think you need that much? I’ve 16gig variant and I do pretty heavy development with a few Electron apps running without any hiccups.

We have very heavy JVMs in our development stack. Running e2e tests require a lot of memory otherwise you have run tests in parts. For more context our production service runs on 765GB RAM custom hardware. 🤣🤣
