Nope. If you launch VS code on a new desktop. And then try to launch vs code on the previous desktop it just redirects you to the new desktop. Never worked as intended for me. Plus desktop couldn't be customized

Ah you mean multiple instances, I think that largely depended on app itself.

I don’t think it’ll be paid, as I read that they’ll provide free upgrades to not only Windows 10 users but even 7 users in some cases.

Too bad that they entirely removed Live Tiles, it was such a unique feature to Windows for both phones and desktops, now it looks just like any other OS. 🤦
