Does anyone know whom to reach out and/or escalate the matters to for Xiaomi, India?
I have been facing a technical issue for my order from the past 1 week. I have raised a couple of tickets for the same, had a chat with an agent multiple times, but all are dead-ends. They gave a standard response, "Someone will reach out to you within 4 hours", and that's it. I had even tweeted the whole incidence on Twitter, and Xiaomi support reached out to me, but it's of no use. I am seriously frustrated now with this non-sense. Hence, I am asking if there is any other way of escalating the matter.
