Hey folks looking for app to manage notes; important info and docs like pan, aadhar and to do Any good recommendations?

IMO, those usecases are very different and you may need 2-4 apps. A notes app A todo app (May be able to use notes app for this) An important/secret info app (Maybe able to use docs app for this) An important/secret docs app What I use: Notes/TODOs: Joplin Secrets/imp info: KeepassXC (it's my password manager as well) Docs Storage: Cryptomator (Was using truecrypt earlier but a single vault was difficult to maintain/backup compared to FBE (File based encryption).)

I have been an Evernote user for quite sometime now. Good for things you highlight. Also, they have recently added “Tasks” a new feature which does Todos and reminders. It has a Scannable App which is quite potent for doing quick Camera -> PDF conversions with stuff like business card to contacts and other image OCR stuff.

I moved from Evernote to notion to now Obsidian. For a few reasons: offline access, you own the files and it is stored as markdown, 100% free to use. I use Dropbox to sync the files between mac/ios/android. For extremely sensitive documents and passwords: 1password. It has enough storage to save all my pdf documents. Like mentioned above, I doubt there's a singular service that can do all of this. However I'm willing to bet that Obsidian can do all of that.
