Anyone know if rtpcr test required to travel to Delhi? And from Delhi to Dehradun ?

Not sure about Dehradun, but I travelled to Delhi last Sunday and nobody asked for RT-PCR report. Note that I had final vaccine certificate (and 15+ days have passed on top of it).
