Has anyone got their apple device completely replaced under warranty which also has applecare+? My ipad pro recently got replaced but apple did not transfer my applecare plan to the new device. I've been following up with them since 22nd July and they themselves admitted that they're not sure what's going on and it will be 'fixed' soon, with a promise they'll follow up. After each follow up they promise it'll be done in 2 business days. I still don't see any resolution. Do I have legal options against this?

I did manage to do this with my iPad Pro in 2020.
