So, it is a smartphone order and the
return policy clearly states they donβt accept returns for smartphones, even if the package is untouched. They are citing that policy page every time I talk to them, so I am unable to make any progress, haha.
Tried Twitter DM, chat and call with Amazon customer support. Will try some more tomorrow, but it looks like I will have to give chargeback a try, maybe I luck out. Thanks for your inputs so far, Saurabh. π
