Hi does anyone know what would be an average compensation that I should be offering for hiring a Remote part time Web Dev, (with UI/Node/React experience)? Or are there any stats I can look up to come up with a compensation.

What's the expected seniority? How good a developer do you want? How much can you afford? Do you just want the dev to build some simple CRUD app? Could your app be built in a no-code tool?
