Does anyone use an automated reminder service ? I need a service which sends me reminder about events (birthdays, anniversaries, special days, etc). One where I am sent an email daily to remind me whom I need to wish today. My Googling skills hasn't revealed anything useful. Thanks in advance for your suggestions!

If you really want a reminder solutions about events, and googling skills don't work, maybe try your skills at bharatmatrimony, marriage has worked wonders on the reminders front I tell ya

You can have a birthdays calendar on Google calendar which sends you email reminders (if you set it). But then not have it displayed on your calendar. I think that is a fairly standard setting. My Google Calendar has synced to my FB calendar somehow and is filled with random people's birthdays -- but I always have that birthdays calendar hidden.
