Can't believe that this article touches upon the question that I have been mulling over in the last week, "where is the server? and how can a centralized company provide a trusted server? won't it defeat the whole purpose?". I am currently evaluating a new tech for "private, decentralized" zk proof based apps for an existing client and given my lack of experience in the web3 domain this question was bothering me.

Twitter is all about web3 these days and anything which challenges that notion gets a lot of bashing for not being forward thinking enough
