I'm aware that with larger clients (e.g. enterprises) the payment terms are generally dictated by them (usually Net 30). But curious nonetheless about what folks here are choosing.

according to contract Net 14 but I mark it as Net 7 and they are happy with it.

When I am starting out, I usually do net -1. As in you pay me first, and then I start working. Once we've a rhythm going, I usually switch it next 7/14/whatever.
