Hi everyone. I'm planning to get an aeropress go coffee maker and I have a few questions. 1. Is it of same quality as normal aeropress(one without traveling mug)? 2. What beans and hand grinder you recommend?

Seen the James Hoffmann review?

Personally I don't see why the OG can't be used for travel
Grinder - depends on budget. (As is everything in coffee space) I have Timemore Chestnut C2 and he been great!
Beans - if you are new, experiment with different Blue Tokai offerings and then once you get bearings explore others and use BT as reference

Thanks @damp-coat-97256. Saw the review. It makes sense to get the original one. The grinder you shared looks premium and nice. If you had to buy a grinder now, would you go with the same or would you try something different?

I don't want to invest too much and tried cheaper ceramic ones which were too bad...this has been the best value for money for me.

Got it. Thanks. 👍

Timemore C2 is pretty, consistent, and reliable. Go for it, because uniform grinding will make a big difference in your coffee's taste and extraction. I have a few bean recommendations here: https://info.pagnis.in/blog/2020/10/12/use-the-french-press-luke/
