I think this is very personal. I find mood to be a big factor. I have 3 different setups, 2 in Kolkata (home and co-work space) and 1 in Sikkim (other home). 3 different room, desk, chair and external display combinations. And I have felt best work moments occur in all 3. Most important factor is the actual work - does it drive me. If so, I can be the best on the worst of days and setup.

Yeah it's going to be personal. So I'll start with hanging some art first.

idk, i find most of the battestation / setup instgram accounts to be too over-the-top. I have a dual monitor setup held by a monitor arm, that's about it lol
