Folks, do you guys give mock interviews to keep the interviewing skills sharp? If so, where?

This is like solving for the exam rather than solving for learning. Master your knowledge, interviews are just exams you will glide by if you know your stuff properly.

I half-agree. If they ask you to write SQL query, the best way to learn for that is actually write SQL in console rather than in the interview. But questions like "tell me more this project that you worked on" involve more than just technical skills. Speaking skills, on the spot thinking, eye-contact over webcam, being mindful of the time, etc are skills best learned in a mock setting. Another factor is learning what you dont know you dont know. A third party feedback is invaluable for this. One very nice interviewer told me that when I know my stuff I get excited and speak too fast in a rather off-putting manner. I didnt even know I did that. I wont treat mock interviews as an exhaustive preparation. So yeah, suggestions are still welcome.

You can ask your friends to interview you who are part of the hiring process in different organisations.
