Anyone using Metatrader 5 platform for trading in forex currency? One of our client wants to withdraw funds from the platform but it is asking to add same amount first and then apply for withdrawal!

Metatrader is just a user interface AFAIK. To withdraw funds, it will be better to interact directly with the broker that they are trading forex with.
