No. Only small parts of postman are open source.

The core parts of Postman are open source, but they end up being too low level and hence not super useful for a regular developer. The app that facilitates regular usage, and all collaboration and enterprise features built on top are not open source. https://www.postman.com/company/open-philosophy/
