What do they use to track whatever it is they track?

they use a CGM sensor from freestyle . The sensor is applied to your arm and sits there and records glucose reading once every 15mins for 2 weeks. You can read the sensor reading from a phone which has NFC. The collect that data and have built a system over it. I have used it in the past as a standalone system and it is pretty good. I also ordered the sensors from Ultrahuman since they are a steal at 1+1 offer going on right now.

well, you never know. Insurance companies actually give you a discount if you have a wearable and do certain no of steps a day, so we are definitely moving in that direction.
