Most apple stores provide zero interest EMI on hdfc bank credit/debit card. I just got one a few weeks back.
If you/your relative have an account with hdfc and is eligible, i think you can get one. Then ask the company to partly pay the amount that they are willing to pay for rent and pay the rest yourself. it will be yours at the end.
