Anyone else faced Paytm's

Wallet credit freeze

? I'm unable to add any money to my paytm wallet until I answer some basic kyc-related question. But even after answering, I stil see the freeze warning. The weird part is that my paytm account is already KYC verified.

This might have happened because of their fraud detection rules due to some unusual activity in your account, where sometimes genuine customer also get caught.. Have you tried contacting their customer service?

Will call their customer support tomorrow. Not sure what unusual activity they saw? I only use it for cafeteria, groceries etc.
