OLX has usually worked out well for us for furniture a few years ago. Haven't purchased white goods from there as yet but sold a couple. A hack on OLX is to look for expats who are moving out (if your city has a good expat population). They usually get their furniture imported and you can get decent stuff for a reasonable price. There are a few sellers on Amazon selling refurbished stuff. Search for refurbished. The other option could be to rent these out for a bit. Rentomojo.com comes to mind or similar sites.
