Anyone here used mailchimp marketing APIs for sending bulk emails? <https://mailchimp.com/developer/> or is there any better option available? If I use such platforms then will they make sure there is IP protection and avoid sending email into spam?

I’ve heard postmark is best for transactional emails. You should be able to send in bulk. Haven’t tried it though.

At work, we had few issues with mailchimp bulk emailing and then team evaluated sendgrid and postmark and decided to go with postmark.

Few email receipents getting missed in bulk. We tried different configuration but did not work out for us. I was not part of the migration that happened but on high level that was the issue

But I think that will not always be the case. In our case the clients are secured parties from finance and health domain. So due to some security policy this was recurring thing once in a while for some of the clients.
