Cool idea. However i find the visualization very confusing. The color-scheme is not intuitive. It s not obvious at a quick glance. Maybe consider alternative ways to visualise. or worst-case add a legend describing the various colors and meanings.

Yeah color scheme is the greatest challenge at the moment. Inputs are welcome :)
