Little Background: I started an online laundry service back in 2015 tried many ways but unfortunately had to shut it down in the covid. Post that started Hyno (Service based and Staffing) scaled it to 1Mn ARR in past 2.5 years. There are many talent marketplaces for remote talent and many service based companies for getting remote talent as well but i feel it is becoming more like a freelancer marketplace but vetted. We want to create the best place for developers to work to create a sense of community and also with lot of perks working remotely and matching them with startups worldwide There are many if and buts in this but want to experiment with the current team i have to start off. Anything you do, please do not use those time tracker mechanisms to track your freelancers/vendors. I know it's easier said than done. You could even keep it a small, well-vetted clique, but don't go the Turing route. Also let me know when you launch, I'd be happy to sign up as a freelancer. 😄

1. Definitely not doing the time tracker stuff have read a lot about crossscope reviews regarding strict 8 hours tracking and all.Trying to be as transparent as possible . 2. our primary focus for now is to build a good 50 people first. Don't want to build similar like Turing. Trying very niche
Also want to add we want to make sure, it's for full time remote jobs only. For freelancing there are already multiple platforms like flexiple and crewscale etc
