MX master 2S is half the price at 3995 on amazon (card offers give another 399 off) - pricehistory says this is the cheapest it has been. Any major downsides of choosing it over 3S considering the price difference?

3S has quiet clicks, higher 8k DPI sensor, “magspeed” all-metal scroll wheel, type C charging port, slightly better ergonomics, side buttons are easier to reach than the 2S. Maybe not worth 2x the price but its the latest model, 2S is a 5yr old model.
